If you reject that returnedshipment, The Sterling Forest Jewellry Boutique reserves the right to deny chargeback, charge for shipping, or liquidate merchandise. Returns accepted after the allowed time will only be eligible for store credit.
Free Shipping Return Policy
All Domestic orders will be shipped for free (with the exception of States & Territory - HI, AK, PR or VI) via USPS Standard service. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop below the minimum threshold or if your entire order is returned, you are no longer be entitled to free shipping. Our minimum shipping cost of $3.99 will be deducted along with your return.
Note: Free shipping does not apply to States and Territory - Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, please select USPS Priority Service. Expedited shipping is not available to post office boxes. All deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS.
Free Gift Return Policy
The free gift is based on the total of your order. If your return drops your total below the required minimum, you are no longer entitled to a free gift. If you decide to keep the gift, you will be charged $19.99.
REFUNDS - Allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS For Returns
Once your return is processed, you will receive a return confirmation email. Credit will only be issued to the credit card or type of payment used on your original order. Depending on your issuing bank and billing cycle, credit may show up on your following statement.
Return Policy for international orders Only
•We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Due to the expenses associated with shipping, including custom and brokerage fees, it is not fiscally feasible to accept international returns.
•All international orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure that our customers receive the correct item ordered.
•Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and to enjoy your jewelry. In the event that your package is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately so that a claim can be filed with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
